However, the first room assigned had serious issues, including a broken wardrobe and a missing toilet seat. The lack of windows was disappointing, significantly affecting the stay. Management's response to our complaints could use improvement, reflecting a need for better guest service.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool, beach access, and 24-hour reception. The staff was incredibly helpful with local info during my first stay, making it even better. I highly recommend it for a cozy escape!
